After a long or intense effort, the body needs to rehydrate, remineralise, recharge energy reserves and ensure muscle reconstruction. Our drink provides you with the elements necessary for each of these functions:

• Carbohydrates with a high glycemic index to quickly replenish glycogen stocks.
• Proteins to reduce muscle breakdown or catabolism and begin muscle reconstruction.
• Vitamins and sodium to remineralise the body, eliminate toxins, strengthen the immune system and promote rehydration.
• BCAAs, in a ratio of 4:1:1 (leucine, valine, isoleucine), and glutamine, to promote protein synthesis and muscle tissue recovery.

Our T recovery drink is easy to digest and mix, consumed cold or hot.It can be used with water, milk or a vegetable or juice drink to satisfy your cravings and allow you to recover quickly.
